Why do I have dizziness/nausea or fatigue?

When you reduce carbohydrates, you sometimes have these symptoms as your bodys metabolism adjusts to burning stored fat. The 1st few days of fatigue will go away as your body adjusts and you will feel more energetic than ever. If not, there may be an electrolyte imbalance from either potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium or from increased water intake.
